All orders will be processed and shipped in about 2 business days. UPS does not ordinarily pick up or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Please call or email for delivery time.

Products shipped to destinations within the continental United States are shipped via UPS. Shipping charges are calculated online.

Shipments to Hawaii can only be shipped via UPS 2nd day air, UPS next day air or by the US Postal Service. Please call for alternate shipping methods 1-800-393-7255.

We are no longer are sending orders to locations outside of the US. Only orders with US billing addresses will be accepted.

All balls are shipped in bulk. Please call if you are interested in display boxes for the balls. 1-800-393-7255.

Please email or call ( 1-800-393-7255) if you have questions about your shipping methods or charges. We do ship to APO FPO addresses through USPS with no handling fee. Just put through your order and what ever the post office charges us is what you will be charged.

Please Note: The customer will be charged any additional shipping charges that are incurred because they have provided incorrect address information on the order form. Please check the order information that you provide very carefully.

Return Policy

All products carry a 30 day return policy.

A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise previously inflated and/or used. All new merchandise can be returned for a full refund excluding shipping & handling charges. All returns must be shipped pre-paid.
